2020 Texas State Championship
TSCA has arranged for the 2020 Texas State Championship to be held at the National Shooting Complex (NSC) on April 22-26, 2020 and will be posted on Winscore by Friday, September 20, 2019.
With over $150,000 in payouts, gun giveaways, ammo and gift certificates, the Texas State Championship will be the largest State Shoot in the nation. Your TSCA Board has worked diligently to secure NSC as the host of the 2020 State Championship and has secured an agreement with NSC to host the State Championship in each even year following the 2020 Shoot (ex: 2020, 2022, 2024 etc.).
The attendance at the 2019 Texas State Championship was 886 total shooters with 3 countries and 21 total states represented, making the Texas State Championship the third largest sporting clays event in the world. TSCA’s goal is to provide the absolute best shooting experience for all our TSCA and NSCA members.
TSCA has discussed developing a new Mega Shoot, like the Browning/Briley, that can draw 300 to 500 shooters. This shoot would be rotated to a different TSCA Member Club each year, thus providing an opportunity for a Member Club to host a major shoot that can provide a positive financial impact for the Member Clubs that cannot host the Texas State Championship due to its size.
We are looking forward to a great 2020 Texas State Championship. Beginning on Friday, September 20, 2019, go to Winscore and get registered for the shoot. There will be a gun giveaway winner drawn out of the first 100 shooters to sign up; subsequent gun giveaways will be drawn for each of the next 100 shooters (101-200 and then 201-300). This will apply to the first 300 shooters.
